This beautiful setting on Lake Champlain is a treasure. It is a NEW 4 bedroom home overlooking the lake with a sandy beach. The beach is right in the back yard! Great for little ones because the water is calm. It has a huge deck to view the different sunsets . There is extra room in the walkout basement to enjoy the lake from ground level , and bring out the kayaks, paddle board or bikes...as well as a patio below the deck. A gorgeous gas fireplace to keep you warm and ambiance. One of my favorite sites is the Colchester causeway which is incredible to walk, run or bike on and a short walk from the lake house. Close to so many restaurants, Burlington, access to bike paths, views of the mountains . Best of everything for an enjoyable stay. Let the summer happen HERE.

Summary: The property was perfect for what we were looking for in a getaway to Burlington. The house sits in a picturesque location at the corner of a beach over looking Lake Champlain. It’s a quick easy drive to downtown but far enough away that it feels quiet and remote. We love being close to the Causeway for walks and bike rides that provided more picture opportunities. The house was an obvious rental. I say that only because what house has room for 8+ people but only has one full bathroom? We enjoyed having a washer/dryer and an entire house to ourselves. The cleanliness was so so. I’ve seen better and I’ve seen worse. If the taxes weren’t so high, this property would be worth the price. You’re paying quite a bit for location and those good ole Vermont tax dollars. The property owners were pleasant and helpful.

Summary: My wife and I recently stayed at this gorgeous home for our anniversary as well as to see our niece at UVM. The house was beautiful and very clean. It has all the amenities you could want or need. The view of the lake, as well as the sunsets were spectacular. Unfortunately I had a personal issue that came up on our trip to the house that caused me to contact Terri. She was absolutely fantastic to deal with. I cant thank her enough for her help. We enjoyed our stay and I'm sure we will be back!

Summary: This property was exactly what I was looking for. It was very comfortable and clean. The king bed is amazing! My kids loved going down to the beach every night to play catch, make sandcastles and find rocks / glass. It was a good homebase for our trips into a Burlington and the surrounding areas. Missing it already!

Summary: This property was clean, well stocked, beautiful and functional. The owner always got back to when I texted her and was very helpful. The house had every gadget you could possibly want, in addition to paper goods, towels, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher pods. I highly recommend this property! Will definitely go back.

Summary: Gorgeous house right on the sandy beach, with every amenity you could want--fully stocked kitchen, dry goods in the pantry, canoes and kayaks, fresh linens and tons of towels, heat, A/C, WiFi and very comfortable beds. Beautiful views of the Adirondacks and Green Mountains over Lake Champlain. We absolutely loved it here and want to come back!

Summary: Great location, perfect lake house with more than enough room for our family of four. Very easy process and communication with the owners. For paddlers and cyclists, it doesn’t get much better. We love it and certainly hope to be back again soon.

Summary: Wonderful to stay right on the beach, hearing the waves all night long. Also, only a few minutes to the causeway/Burlington bike path. Great set up with the floor plan. Enjoyed our visit.

Summary: This property is amazing - fully stocked, clean and stunning views of the lake. We had several UVM graduation gatherings of 20+ people there and the indoor/outdoor space was perfect. The owners are lovely and very responsive.
