Summary: The place was very “ok”. We did like the throwback charm of the place, however the room was dark and I did see cobwebs in the corner. Bathroom is tight, old, with no electrical outlets. Bed was fine. We did go to The Cub, which is the bar at the Lodge, and our food and drinks were very good.

Summary: The room is lovely and the property is very nice and well maintained with a pool, restaurant, and club on site. The other guests are respectful, it’s a relaxing quiet place to stay. The bed is too soft for my taste and the shower stall is a tad small — could use a hand held shower head to make showering easier.

Summary: Facility is dated, but clean. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Management has replaced a lot of old fixtures with LEDs. WIFI worked well. Pool was open, but hours were quite restricted. Overall a reasonable stay for a last minute decision.
