Negative: The mold on the bathroom wall was disgusting. The bathroom is extremely tiny. The beds are uncomfortable and noisy. The air conditioner is old and it doesn’t work properly. It was for only two nights, I didn’t tell them anything about my impression because of the short stay. The parking lot is near, not close or across the street. It is on the corner. Also, I had a problem to leave the parking lot at the check out, as you have to give back the parking pass, so the parking pass is dropped off in the golden box in the hotel, you’d have to take your car out before you drop off it. I didn’t have this explanation, so I had to explain that I stayed in the hotel and after wasting time I got out of the parking spot. They would charge me, after discussing they didn’t. The hotel is on a great location, near everything, it compensated my bad impression.

Positive: The location was great- close to downtown and a straight walk down the road to the bay. The staff were very friendly. I didn’t have breakfast there because I met someone at a restaurant, but I liked that there was ice water to help yourself to at the bar, and a comfortable lounge to wait until you had to leave for the airport.
Negative: I realize the hotel is historical, but the bathroom was so tiny that a larger person would not be comfortable squeezing past the sink to get into the small shower.
Summary: It was perfect for what I needed for one night.
