Summary: The pre-check in experience and connection to the Property manager was thorough and efficient and let you know what to expect upon arrival. Property Manager was great in laying out the property features and surrounding area. The location was walking distance from supermarkets, banks, eating locations etc. For those it pertains to, the US Embassy is also within walking distance. Community is gated so the added security benefit is there.

Summary: the extra charges was a shock, but the property was secure and very nice. it was well positioned for the shops, buses and walking. there was space for parking cars and visitors were well attended by the security staff. overall I had a marvellous and wonderful time.

Summary: I rented this apartment for about a week during business presentation in Kingston. The staff were helpful, detailed and kind. Also, the location and general layout is very safe and well-kept. I appreciated having laundry appliances and a full kitchen with pots and pans so that I could cook, too. Security guards at gate 24/7 plus staff on WhatsApp made me feel like everything was always taken care of. Also, I was concerned about mosquitos, but the apartment is set up so that they basically can't get it. It's great. I recommend.
