Large beautifully decorated luxury home featuring 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and large game room/bedroom sitting on a large 15 acre lot directly adjacent to the National Forest. Incredible views with all the amenities, including two master suites, steam shower and all brand new mattresses with 300 count linens . This home is ideal for a large family or multi-family vacation. Home was completely remodeled in June 2018. Beautiful hard wood floors in the kitchen, dining room and living room. Come and enjoy the incredible mountain and valley views and all the beauty Crested Butte has to offer.
The first floor includes the kitchen, dining area, living room and two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Enjoy cooking in the gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, gas stove, state-of-the-art appliances, double oven and table settings for 14 guests. Serve your guests on the granite island or on the large dining table. The living area incudes two large sofas, 66 inch flat screen TV and gas fireplace. One master suite is on the first floor with a king bed, flat screen TV, Jaccuzi tub and separate steam shower. The second bedroom includes a king bed and beautiful views to the west and Whetstone Mountain. The house includes a separate laundry room with ironing board and iron. Cook on the gas grill off the new large deck and enjoy the wonderful mountain views or watch for elk and mule deer walking across the hills. New hot tub added January 01, 2020.
The second floor has two bedrooms and two bathrooms along with a game room. The second master suite includes a king bed and flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed and two twin beds. The game room is a very large room with two trundle beds, flat screen TV and two sleeper sofas,. This is an excellent room for the kids. At least eight can sleep in here comfortably.
The entire house has high speed wireless internet and there is a phone available with free long distance.
Winters in Crested Butte offer alpine skiing and snowboarding at Mt. Crested Butte. There is snowshoeing and cross country skiing available in town or out on your own up Cement Creek Road or right out your front door. Several companies offer snowmobiling out Kebler Pass. The summer months bring hiking, bicycling, rock climbing, fishing, horseback riding, golfing, rafting and camping. All these activities are available just minutes from the house.
The Town of Crested Butte offers excellent restaurants and quant shopping. The town hosts several festivals through out the year to include the Wildflower Festival and the Summer Concert Series.

Summary: This is a beautiful property. We enjoyed the views, comfortable beds, apres ski in the hot tub, and cooking meals in the spacious and well appointed kitchen. The property manager was attentive and accommodating. Great spot for our getaway with long time friends!

Summary: I had a great stay at this property. I had a group of friends come up for my 40th and the house was perfect for the group. The kitchen was well equipped, the hot tub was hot, and the Sonos sound system was a nice bonus. This is a great place to stay when you have a lot of friends as there are over 10 individual beds so everyone can have their own bed. In the winter, the road is quite steep in spots, so 4wd and good tires are highly recommended.

Summary: Excellent house with beautiful views and room to spread out. Secluded from other properties makes for a great experience. Several families stayed in February for a ski trip to Crested Butte. The play room was great for the kids and the bedrooms were comfortable for the adults. Will want AWD/4WD and/or winter tires in winter to get through the neighborhood to house. reasonable check out procedures. There were a few things that kept this from being a 5 star property. 1. Slow communication. On our check in day we asked if an early check in was possible. We never received a response during the duration of our stay. Even if the answer had been no I would expect a response from owner/manager. 2. Only a single physical key and no lock box or digital key code. With multiple families staying and only a single key we had to leave the doors unlocked or hide a key. For a short term rental I would expect either multiple keys or a keypad or lock box solution so the house can be secured. 3. No cold water in kitchen sink/non-functioning filtered water/slow water flow from fridge (needed filter replaced. The cold water at the kitchen sink didn’t work. The filtered water at the kitchen sink didn’t work. The water out of the fridge flowed VERY slowly and the panel indicated the filter needed to be changed.

Summary: The pictures were great but the house was even better! Our adult children loved the hot tub and the close proximity to skiing. The terrific kitchen was huge and easy for us to all cook together. Plenty of space for all of us and such beautiful views! We'd highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful house for a vacation.

Summary: Beautiful home with amazing views in a stunning part of Colorado. We made great memories together. Games, hikes, a visit to downtown Crested Butte and pizza at the Secret Stash! Hot tubbed under the stars, enjoyed warm Indian Summer weather and then left just as the snow began! We will return to the valley!

Summary: Beautiful house that is even more beautiful in person. This is our second time to stay at this property and both have been excellent. Plenty of room for everyone in our group and the best outdoor deck and views that can’t be beat!
