Welcome to our beautifully renovated (as of January 2022) home in a quiet southwest Pensacola neighborhood, minutes from the area Naval Hospital and a short drive to both downtown Pensacola and area beaches. Our home is perfect for friends and families alike, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a pool, open living area, and beaches within 15 minutes for groups who are looking to kick back and relax on the beach or fish off the pier! Less than 15 minutes to Downtown Pensacola, our home is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood with a nearby park and a shopping center down the road ready for all of your dining and shopping needs. The home includes 1 king-sized bed with an accompanying full-size futon in the bedroom, 1 queen-sized bed, and 1 full bed and double-twin size bunk beds; a 70" TV in an open living room; a full kitchen with bar seating, and dining room table for all of your cooking and dining needs; a ping pong table in the garage; and large backyard with pool and seating, ready for relaxing and/or family fun. Updated appliances and fully stocked essentials help cater to our guests’ needs to ensure they have a wonderful stay. We can't wait to host you!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay after a few communication matters were resolved. We arrived on-time but were not given a code. Once we got in the house was not cleaned. I reached out to the owner who responded quickly and resolved the matter and provided compensation for the inconvenience. After that, the house and property were as advertised. Peace and quiet. My family and I would stay here again.

Summary: This was a great spot for our stay. It is close to the Naval base and to downtown Pensacola. The neighborhood was safe and well lit. The property itself was updated and clean and had a great tv. Will definitely stay again.

Summary: The check-in process was easy and convenient. The owner was very friendly and responsive regarding any questions we had. The home was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed to cook meals, wash clothes, etc. The pool needs a little work and we couldn't swim after dark because they aren't any lights in the pool. The home is located in a residential neighborhood which wasn't a bad thing, it was just unusally quiet to the point we found ourselves whispering when outdoors swimming, bbqing, or just relaxing as not to disturb the neighbors(not something we're used to doing) Overall we enjoyed our stay!!

Summary: We stayed here with our son and nephew who are 12. We enjoyed everything and the beach. The swimming pool was great too. The owner responded quickly to us if we needed anything. A great place to stay and will come back again.

Summary: Reason for our visit was to spend family time while our daughter took classes at the Naval Base. While we were there we visited a local playground at Perdidio Park which was great for 3 yr old. Also a rainy day we went to the Inflatable bounce house for the kiddos. The Pensacola Beach and Perdidio Beach were equally nice. The home was comfortable and had a nice walk in shower for the master bedroom/bathroom. We cooked at least 25 meals while in this VRBO and I can say we had everything we needed! No issues came up during our 11 night stay. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Summary: Everything was very clean and neat. The pool in all pictures looked large, but it was much smaller than expected. Weather was cool, so we were not able to benefit from it. Calls to owner were responded to quickly. Nice owner.
