Summary: The property owners were great with answering anything right away. The property was cute, and the house served its purpose for what we needed. All though you have a fenced in yard, the neighboring houses are quite close. It didn’t bother us. Overall, we had a great stay with not one issue.

Summary: This place is cute with character and convenience. Everything was just as represented in listing. It was perfect for what we needed…a safe, comfortable place near downtown Louisville. The house had all the things you need but don’t want to haul with you when going out of town. The yard was great for our dog. Huge! The hot tub was great and roomy. The only thing was the chlorine was a little too much, it was strong smelling and the steam kind of burned your eyes. But I would rather it be too much than not enough in a rental. The bed was comfortable, although high for us short people, with lots of space in the bedroom for luggage and clothing. It was close to quaint downtown New Albany, with unique bars and restaurants, and yet convenient to stores and any kind of chain restaurant you could want. It was a wonderful stay and we plan to return and bring our friends. It’s perfect for two couples or a small family.
