The two guest suites are each equipped with a queen bed, remote controlled ceiling fan, 32” smart TV and a connecting bathroom between the bedrooms. One suite is located in the front of the house while the other is located in the back with direct access to the Lanai.
The living area includes a comfortable sectional, matching coffee and side tables all surrounding a 65” smart TV. The 3 panel floor-to-ceiling sliding glass door offers an excellent view over the pool area with direct access from the living room.
The kitchen area is fully equipped with brand new appliances, beautiful granite countertops and all necessary cooking utensils to prepare any meal. Toaster, blender, coffee pot and microwave are included. The dining room offers comfortable seating for 6 with a great view to the pool.
The laundry room comes with a brand new washer and dryer set and spacious storage cupboards.
The lanai offers a breathtaking heated pool with a spill over hot tub surrounded by various tropical palm trees. The pool faces South with direct sunlight all day. The shaded seating area located directly next to pool comes with 4 patio chairs and gas powered grill.
