'Baha Beach' is a stunning newly renovated and redecorated home featuring spectacular views from almost every room, thoughtful design details and all the luxury amenities. This home will delight you with spectacular outdoor spaces including a private pool, beach side cabana, spectacular terrace overlooking the sea, direct private access to the sandy beach, and a delightful tropical garden with hammock. Inside, you will enjoy the spectacular huge great room overlooking the ocean, open floor plan to the gourmet kitchen and dining room, a separate fully loaded home entertainment/home theater room, and luxury bedrooms and baths, most with sea views.
The spacious house is unique in Nassau in that it combines spectacular luxury beachfront living with the bedrooms and baths to accommodate over 20 guests. The house features four (4) Master Bedroom Suites with King Beds and private baths, a luxurious one-bedroom suite with King Bed in one room (1) and sofabed (1) in the other plus a full bath, two (2) rooms with queen/bunk sets in each and private baths, and a home entertainment room with sofabed and full bath.
Bedrooms are nicely appointed with stylish bedding and window treatments and many have seating areas. Most of the luxury baths include custom tile showers and double sinks. Sophisticated finishes and decor combine with the spectacular views to create the ultimate luxury retreat.
Ground Level/Main House: Spend your days enjoying the many outdoor amenities featuring a large beach side patio and covered cabana, private pool, and large hot tub with beautiful views of Goodman’s Bay. This spectacular outdoor entertainment area has gorgeous ocean views from the decks and pool terrace and features private steps to the beach. Inside, the spectacular huge great room combines living space, kitchen and dining room with sweeping ocean views. The dramatic great room features sophisticated design and utterly mesmerizing views of the gorgeous Bahamian waters. The great room features a 47' flat panel LED HDTV with home theatre audio system with Blu-Ray DVD, CD player and iPod/iPhone dock, deck access, and a half bath. The gourmet kitchen is a cook's paradise with a breakfast bar seating, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances including double refrigerators and dishwashers, oversized cooktop and range, and more ocean vistas. The Oceanfront dining room seats 16. There are three bedrooms on the ground level including a large Master Bedroom suite with spectacular ocean views, King Bed, HDTV and Blu-Ray DVD, and large master bath with private shower, a King Master Bedroom with private bath and direct access to the pool area, and a Master Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets and private bath. There is also a laundry area and half bath and an outdoor shower.
Upper Level/Main House: This level features 2 King Master Bedrooms with gorgeous ocean views, private balconies, and private bathrooms with dual marble-top sinks and custom tile showers or shower/bath combo. There is also a master Bedroom with a Bunk Set, DuoBunk/Queen, Trundle, and a private bathroom.
Ground Level/Guest House: The ground level of the guest house is the ultimate home entertainment room featuring a home theatre with state-of-the-art 65' LED HDTV, 5.1 home theater audio system, Blu-Ray DVD and cable. The sports bar and rec room feature deck access and a wet bar including a sink, and beverage refrigerator. This room also can serve as a sleeping area featuring a Queen sofa-bed with a full bath.
Upper Level/Guest House: This level features a luxury one bedroom suite featuring a King bedroom, a private sitting room with Queen sofa bed and spectacular ocean views, and a luxurious full bath.

Summary: We enjoyed our 5 days at this home. Great parts of the home includes how beautiful and spacious the house was, the attentiveness of the managers on-site (thank you, Marilyn and Fanny!!), the beautiful waters right off the back porch, the ability to walk to the Goldwynn Resort and the Baha Mar, all the toys available to us, and the suggested Chef Wendy who we used several times (for a fee). A few notes for the discerning: home is right on a very busy and noisy street so, especially when at the pool, the traffic is loud; pool only gets a few hours of sun each day; home is beautiful but older so electrical outlets aren't plentiful and conveniently located; the beds don't match the website--there's only one room with bunks, all others are king or queens so not sure how home sleeps 18 ppl; for some reason, we were charged an extra guest fee of 600 even though we only had 8 ppl; there was an upcharge for having the pool heated (which we chose to pay) or if we set the AC higher than 73 degrees in the home (we did not touch the AC). Once again, the home itself is beautiful!

Summary: Our group of 12 stayed here from Jan 2-6. What an amazing break from the real world. I gave this all 5 stars except for accuracy of the listing. The pictures do not depict how well-appointed, large and spacious this home is. The location is really perfect and we felt like we had the beach all to ourselves. Fanny and Marilyn were available and super friendly. The kitchen was well-suited for preparing meals for our large group and we loved the large dining table that comfortably seats 12 and allowed us to enjoy our meals together. We loved that most of the bedrooms have their own bathroom. The hot tub and pool got lots of use, and we enjoyed many hours relaxing on the patio watching the tide roll in and out. I highly recommend this property!

Summary: Overall experience exceeded our high expectations. The large house, staff, and location were ideal for our group of eight adults and five small children. Not a single problem. Staff: Fany, Auore (owner), and onsite staff in adjacent house were extremely responsive. Fany walked us through the many amenities upon arrival. Daily trash removal. Arranged with Fany in advance for Pack n Plays for kids. House: The house is even better than the photos. Would work just as well for 12 adults. Plenty of room for all, inside and out. Wisely opted for heating pool due to time of year. Pool was large enough for kids and adults. Kitchen fully stocked with any utensil one needs, large TVs, and Weber grill. Secure walled-in grounds and electric gate were ideal with our small children. Easy access to our private beach just a few steps down. Plenty of beach towels, water toys for kids, paddle boards. Location: Excellent, near one end of Cable beach gave us a secluded feeling with only four or five other houses, yet a fairly short beach walk to the Baha Mar resort for dining and beverages. Only a 10 minute drive to downtown Nassau. Highly recommend this house.

Summary: Our family had a wonderful experience staying in this beautiful home which had everything we could want or need! The en-suite bedrooms were perfect and the kitchen is amazing. The ownership and management and staff was extremely responsive and helpful. We did have a few glitches but Fany and the team did their best to try to get things fixed. The walk-out beach wasn’t quite what we expected in that depending on the tide it was quite small and often covered in sea grass but that did not diminish our love of this property as much as I initially thought it might.

Summary: For a week, my family and I (9 people) stayed at this home. It's in a very convenient location, close to downtown Nassau for all the tours and activities you may have planned. The property manager was very attentive and communicative throughout our stay, coming in person for both check in and check out. When a toilet got clogged, they were very prompt in getting a plumber there to fix it. The property manager also went above and beyond for helping us get groceries before we arrived! The house is spacious (everyone loved getting to spread out!), clean, and a perfect area to hang out with family. The football table also was a hit! A few notes for your stay is there is a limited amount of toilet paper and when you run out you purchase more yourself. Also, the different thermostats can be a little confusing (some of us were hot while other rooms were cold) so definitely ask about that. But it was a beautiful stay and we loved our time in the Bahamas. Thank you to our hosts!
