Come be among our first guests at this unique, brand new 5-bedroom luxury townhouse located in a prime location with a marvelous view, and just steps to downtown Hood River. This home is reverse living with the main living area on the top floor. Three flights of stairs elevate you to a wonderful view of the Columbia River.
There are 2 bedrooms each with a king bed, 1 bedroom with a queen bed, and 2 bedrooms each with XL twins that can be pushed together to create a king. The bedrooms are also individually temperature controlled.
The main (top) level is open and comfortable, with lots of natural light and big views of the river, with the kitchen and main living space. The first bedroom level has 1 ensuite king bedroom, a King guest room & a Queen guest room sharing a full bathroom, along with the laundry room. The lower bedroom level has the 2 twin rooms with a total of 4 twin beds, and a shared guest bath, along with a small TV room.
The garage and driveway will hold plenty of cars. And there's also nearby off-street parking as well. The Hood River Stairs are just a few steps away, so your stroll to the downtown shops and restaurants will be quick and easy.

Summary: This property is in a wonderful location in Hood River within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. We were in town for a family wedding and this rental was very comfortable for our needs with 9 adults and 1 infant. Thanks for the porta-crib which fit nicely in the lower level TV room. It was great rental for our family to spend some time together, and we loved the view from the top floor deck!

Summary: We had a great stay here with 3 families and 3 babies 12months. It was easy to walk to town, big enough for our group with extra beds and clean / not full of stuff. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: The house layout was perfect for hosting a large group. Modern, clean and lots of space. The views from the top deck were outstanding! This location is walkable to almost everything in downtown Hood River.

Summary: We stayed for a team work retreat and had plenty of space to gather, work, and eat together. The check-in and check out process were a breeze and the honest was very communicative. Views from the top floor were stunning and the property is located conveniently next to downtown. Would recommend and return!

Summary: We needed a larger property for my extended family to come together for a family vacation. The bed/bath distribution in this property fit our needs and had ample hangout space in the dining and living areas. The view from the deck is incredible. The property seemed clean, new, and well decorated. The coffee bar was an upgraded feature that we enjoyed. The cons were that the mini splits in two of the bedrooms did not work properly to cool the rooms, several mattresses were hard/uncomfortable, and the “ample” parking might be referring to the street parking that is a short walk away. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.
