Summary: We all had a great time visiting our son in Arvada. The house is as nice as the pictures, updated and very comfortable. If your visiting this area, this house is a very nice place to stay. We enjoyed all the backyard furniture too.

Summary: The house was clean and mostly comfortable. The only issue we had was in order to cool the upstairs floor enough to be comfortable, the basement was freezing. If we turned the AC down for the basement, then the upstairs was too hot. We rented this house specifically so the kids could hang out down there but it was difficult to do because of the temperature problems. The neighborhood was centrally located for all our activities. The yard seemed slightly underkept but that didn't bother us.

Summary: We had a great time at the house. It was very clean and organized and 15 minutes from Red Rocks. The outside area was very nice too. It would have been great to have a bigger pool table but the game room downstairs is wonderful for young kids. The only downfall was the kitchen needed a few more pots and pans etc. but otherwise we were all very happy. Aaron, the owner, was very nice and helpful and communicated very well with us. We would stay here again.

Summary: We had a nice stay at the property. It was as described. Very clean. The outside area was a plus. Hammock, grill, and fire pit. Inside the bedrooms had soft beds. The basement had a small pool table, air hockey table, foosball table, Wii, and other games for entertainment. The kitchen was nice but not very well stocked. No baking sheets and no standard items such as salt/pepper, cooling spray, etc. Paper towels, soap, toilet paper, laundry soap, trash bags, body wash, and shampoo were provided which was great. The owner/property manager was very responsive. We got to check in early which was very helpful. There were also tons of trails and playgrounds within walking distance. We would definitely stay again.

Summary: Nice big table for playing boardgames. Great that I has 2 hangout spaces, one upstairs and one downstairs. Nice outdoor space with seating and a hammock Beds and bathrooms were great.
