Welcome to Burnt Store Marina, Punta Gorda! As the new owners of this beautiful property, we want to thank you for considering our property for your trip. Since current rentals through March were booked with previous owner, reviews cannot be posted. Please see photos for most current reviews.
If your looking for a vacation location with warm weather, sunny skies, in a beautiful setting near the water, then look no further. This fully equipped, 2 Bedroom, 2 full bath, clean and bright, newly decorated condo is ideally situated within the desirable Harbor Towers at Burnt Store Marina and is just a short walk to the marina and pool!
Featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and enough space to accommodate up to 4 guests, this inviting second floor condo is ideal for a couple or small family. Burnt Store Marina is a gated community and boasts beautiful lush landscaping which surrounds the outstanding views of the harbor and marina. You will look forward to walking along the marina or watching the sunset, all while you watch manatees play and fish jump in the serene waters. You can even occasionally catch a dolphin or two swimming in the marina. In addition, the screened lanai offers fantastic palm tree views of the lush landscaping and is the perfect spot for relaxing anytime of day.
The condo is tastefully furnished with light and bright decor. You’ll find all the essential amenities of home as well, such as air conditioning and in-unit laundry machines for your convenience . You can prepare your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the necessary appliances and cooking tools. If you'd prefer to dine pool side, there you will find gas grills and tables for your use.
If you can tear yourself away from the beautiful views you may want to take advantage of your access to amazing amenities within the condominium complex, such as the beautiful and conveniently located swimming pool and jacuzzi, as well as golfing, tennis or fitness center.

Summary: The condo is very nice. Just like the picture. It had everything we needed for our stay. We were having a good stay until Hurricane Ian decided to make landfall in Cape Coral and Ft Myers. This condo withstood a Cat5 hurricane. We will differently stay here again.

Summary: My husband and I spent 3 weeks here. It is a lovely condo, very clean and well appointed and the master bed is pretty comfortable. It’s bright and cheerfully decorated. It has easy access to the elevator as it is located on the 2nd floor. It is a very quiet community with a nice pool and beautiful marina out back. There is a lovely marina walk you can take. The only negative is that it’s about a 30min drive to get to either Port Charlotte or Cape Coral/ Ft Meyers for more dinner and shopping options. Most of the beaches are about that distance or a little more as well. But if your looking for a quiet and safe community to just relax and enjoy all the beauty South Florida has to offer, this is a great place. We would certainly return here if the opportunity arises. Summary: This became our temporary home for five weeks as we were in the process of moving from out-of-state. The condo was clean and comfortable with everything needed to make us feel right at home. We enjoyed the community, taking walks, relaxing at the pool, and having some meals on site. The location was beautiful as we also spent time in Punta Gorda, Cape Coral, and Fort Myers. Melissa and Marc’s hospitality made us feel so welcome!
