Positioned in a lush tropical setting with coconut palm trees and pristine white sand beaches loaded with beautiful shells, Ocean Paradise's beachfront location is second to none. Ocean Paradise is one of the only properties on the island where you can swim in the pool or sit at the beach-bum bar and look out to the Gulf. With sleeping up to 12 people, Ocean Paradise can host your next family vacation, reunion, or even wedding (fees apply). There's plenty for kids and adults: Swim in your private beachfront pool, play beach volleyball (only court on island), play Ping Pong, beach Corn-hole, and of course sit on our Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs at the beach! This beachfront paradise is reminiscent of a luxury beach resort in the Caribbean, without the need for a passport.

NORTH CAPTIVA ISLAND is a private island accessible only by boat or private aircraft. North Captiva is known for uncrowded, natural white sand beaches with incredible shelling and wildlife viewing. Two thirds of North Captiva is a state wildlife preserve, while one-third is lightly developed with vacation homes.
FIRST CLASS ACCOMMODATIONS! a tropical Florida Estate, spacious 3-story beach house with a large 360 degree top deck with expansive views of the pool and Gulf of Mexico. A large, 2nd-floor master suite, with spectacular views of the Gulf, a tropicla modern gourmet, fully-equipped kitchen with quartz counters and high-end appliances (kitchenaid and wolf), and marble bathrooms.
RESORT-LIKE AMENITIES! Ocean Paradise's privately-owned heated swimming pool and pool-side games are top notch. OCEAN PARADISE has its own BEACH-BUM BAR with expansive Gulf Views. Play ping pong, fuzzball, and corn-hole while hanging out and or grilling by the pool. Tommy Bahama Beach chairs, umbrellas, and various floats are available to our guests.
AN ADVENTURE AWAITS! Your on-island property manager and personal concierge, Tortuga Properties, will assist with the logistics of traveling to an island and help make the experience as stress-free as possible. Tortuga will assist selecting ferry boat options to North Captiva. You will be greeted upon your arrival by your Tortuga concierge and they will transport you and your luggage and groceries to Ocean Paradise (unless you requested the kitchen be pre-stocked--highly recommended!). Tortuga will give you an private tour of the island and help familiarize you with the amenities and intricacies in the house and will be a phone call or text away during your stay.

Summary: We could not have had a better time! The place was perfect! The staff was super attentive! The island was amazing! The sunsets were out of this world & I actually sat on the balcony and watched dolfins swimming about 60 feet from the shore... paradise!!!

Summary: The house was amazing and had everything that you needed. Perfect location. The island is beautiful. We had such fun boating, fishing, looking at all the tropical plants, going to the beach and just enjoying r & r together. There was something for everyone and we had a wonderful time. Thank you.

Summary: We fell in love with the property and the island. We are already talking about returning. Tortuga was excellent and super helpful throughout the stay. The elevator was amazing as we have a child that needs a little help getting around. It was a great needed trip and ready to plan the next stay.
