Summary: Their cleaning crew does not know what clean is. And there was one knife in the drawer still dirty, salt and pepper grips were so sticky and dirty; and many other items. Were not able to adjust the AC temp settings. No toilet paper holder, faucet fixture loose, shower door does not close all the way, TV in bedroom worthless, no user manuals for anything, no broom, no plunger (for just in case), couch and chairs very uncomfortable.
