Negative: Listing was inaccurate, specifying two more beds than were actually there. Host gave a partial refund to make up for the inaccurate description. Also, finding the home and navigating the numerous gates into the neighborhood that we don't have access to is confusing.

Positive: Dream house great location fireplace pool table great gourmet chefs kitchen awesome balconies with great seating an awesome charcoal bbq. Great open and spacious rooms. Super comfortable beds. A great jet tub in the master bedroom. Great laundry area. A pool table. Air hockey and fooseball. Huge big screen tvs upstairs in the den and downstairs in the game area Awesome family style couches. Great seating for the whole family in the kitchen. Ceiling fans everywhere. A ping pong table in the garage. The lake is so close. Fishing boats or paddle boats horseback riding an awesome pool with a view of the hills covered in pine trees. The market and town is a two minute ride. There are two local pizza parlors and a few coffee shops and a new little market just a few minute drive from the resort The water in the lake was great. We went to the lake twice. So refreshing. Horse shoe court just seconds away. We son tons of wildlife. Grey squirrels lots and lots of deer and blue jays and woodpeckers and swans Canadian geese and ducks and turkeys and hummingbirds. Make sure you drive slow through the community. We saw the awe dropping California bald eagles flying over the lake. Trout and bass could be seen in the crystal clear fresh water with the naked eye. An awesome wood burning fireplace. The house has wood floors great heating and air conditioning. Easy open blinds. Lots of windows for fresh air. It was cozy and has all the modern amenities you can think of. The master bathroom shower was incredible surrounded and covered with stone tile. The stainless steel refrigerator freezer was huge. The kitchen was supper well stocked with every utensil you could need. Plenty of cookware plates cups bowls and Tupperware for left overs. Yosemite was about a 45 minute drive away. If you leave the house at 7:00 am you will be in the park center by 8:00. There are plenty of gas stations surrounding area of pine lakes. There are some great little places to have breakfast also.

Positive: This is a very spacious property with plenty of room for big families. We really liked all the modern appliances and designs. We especially loved the kids game room that had several activities and toys. There’s also a ping pong table, air hockey, and foosball that we all enjoyed.
