The 1632 sq./ft. of living space with 12-foot ceilings is bright and airy. The master suite has two walk-in closets, dual sinks, a spacious shower with private water closet, and features a king size bed. Guest bedroom is steps away from the main bathroom and features a queen size bed. The den, set-up as a home office, also has a queen size air mattress available for occasional guests. Ceramic tiles are throughout the main living areas, kitchen and bathrooms.
The great room offers entertainment with a 55” HDTV flat screen and a Blu-ray DVD player. Each bedroom has it’s own 32” flat screen. Free Wi-Fi is available in the condo. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a spacious pantry.
The full wall of sliding glass doors open up to reveal the screen and covered lanai which overlooks the Nature Preserve. The comfortable lanai lounge furniture makes it a perfect spot to relax throughout the day or have an evening nightcap!
