3 Bedroom Villa in Coveta Fuma, El Campello

Villa Agatha is located in Cala D'or, a suburb of the Spanish resort of El Campello (20 km from Alicante airport). The house is located at a roundabout where only the residents of the houses located at this roundabout come. Very quiet and private. The spacious landscaped area (approx. 1100 m2) on which the house stands is largely walled, with full vegetation and is closed by a gate at the entrance. This gives the garden a lot of privacy. A large swimming pool with lighting was installed in 2015. A luxury pergola was built by the swimming pool in 2016, where you can relax, read and have lunch in the shade. From one of the terraces in the garden you have a beautiful view of the bay of Benidorm and a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea.
The house has recently been completely renovated and fully equipped. You have two modern bathrooms (both with (walk-in) shower and toilet), a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, espresso machine) and 3 spacious bedrooms (3 rooms with a double bed) In one of the bathrooms there is a washing machine and in the garden a skottelbraai, gas bbq and a Weber bbq. Also a ping-pongtable is provided.
The living room is wonderfully light and from here you can reach the large rear terrace (south) or the spacious indoor balcony at the front (east), where you can have breakfast in the morning in the sun and enjoy the cool days during the rest of the hot days. A Smart-TV is provided, just as fast fibre optic internet and if it gets a bit cooler in the winter months there is a nice fireplace that quickly warms up the house (additional heating is also present in every room).
Naturally, Villa Agatha is fully equipped with air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms and there are mosquito nets and shutters everywhere for the windows and doors.
The brand new large swimming pool (8 x 4 meters) is located on the south side of the house. Sun beds and umbrellas surround the swimming pool. In the garden you will find several terraces with seating areas and large dining tables. Please note: the swimming pool is freely accessible from the garden, watch out for children who cannot swim!
The charming bay with wonderful beach of Venta Lanuza is within walking distance of the house. Also the station of Venta Lanuza from where you can easily reach Villajoyosa, Benidorm, El Campello and Alicante is within walking distance (easy, comfortable and cheap)
Bonalba Golf Resort is a 10-minute drive away.
The seaside town of El Campello with its beautiful boulevard and many restaurants, shops and entertainment is a 10-minute drive away.
The port city of Alicante with the famous castle and the old town, where you can eat fantastic tapas, can be reached within 15 minutes by car.
You can reach the center of charming Villajoyosa in 10 minutes by car.
The vast beaches of Benidorm and the vibrant nightlife welcome you within 15 minutes by car.

Summary: We had a great stay at Sven's villa with our two young children (4 years and 9 months). We enjoyed the pool and all the outdoor space. Although artificial (or real) grass would've been much more preferable to gravel, but we managed.With lots of seating areas, we could catch the sun throughout the day and super well equipped villa made cooking for children and adults very easy. The area is very quiet and easily accessible by car. We are very pleased with our time at the villa.

Summary: Ideal for what we wanted, which was quiet and pool side lounging. The villas is situated in a quiet enclave. We shopped at the Carrefour, about 10 mins away by car, this was ideal as the gym we joined was across the road. There's a great cafe nearby, 2 mins by car, and restaurant. We ate at the Italian nearby Chiesa which was delicious, but ate BBQ'd food and sat by the pool reading, so thunbs up from us. Thanks .

Summary: This property is a gem! It was so tastefully decorated, and clearly the owners are house proud and have given huge consideration to everything. All you need is there and catered for - the pool area is unreal (pool much larger than pictures suggest) and the outside dining area is so peaceful. Neighbourhood is lkvely and quiet, and El Campello is an easy 10 min drive in, where there are loads of opportunities to find something to dine out. All helped by guarateed sunshine! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Villa Agatha!

Summary: Very clean property with amazing outside space. Lots of different outside seating areas so you can catch the sun or shade at any time of day. Beautiful pool…would stay again. We found the fridge a bit small for a family of 6 but there are food shops within easy driving distance especially in El Campello. The check in and out service was fine with someone to meet you at the property and show you around. The pool is not heated and the local beach is not really within walking distance as the local terrain is very hilly and it’s a challenge to get beach gear there - it’s about a 20 minute walk.

Summary: We had a truly wonderful stay at Villa Agatha. It felt like such a luxurious place for us to stay as a family. The interior (and exterior) design of the villa is absolutely beautiful and everywhere looks like it belongs in a magazine. The kitchen was probably the most well equipped kitchen of any that we have had at self-catering accommodation. We enjoyed using all of the outside space, particularly being able to eat outside under the pergola and out on the terraces. The pool was a great size and we braved it, even though it was still a bit chilly! The boys absolutely loved it, and I loved reading my book whilst lying on the comfortable sun loungers. Thank you to both Sven and Kathryn for a blissful family holiday.

Summary: This villa is exceptionally good. It's bright, clean, and spacious with a well-kept garden in a quiet residential area. We were a bit unsure about the pool as there weren't many pictures on the ad, but we needed have worried; the pool is huge and we spent most of our time in it. There's a lovely Love Island-style table and seating area by the pool as well. There's a couple of takeaways that deliver to the villa though you will probably need a car to get around. The villa has everything in it you'll need for your stay, and we'd thoroughly recommend it to anyone!

Summary: We had a fabulous time at Villa Agata. The villa is a lovely space, very well equipped with everything you might need. The pool and surrounding area is exceptional. A special note for the lovely and comfortable sun loungers! Being in a private, gated space was great for us with young children, they could feel free to explore and we knew they were safe. We would thoroughly recommend Villa Agata.
