Summary: The owner was terrific. He replied to all messages and inquiries efficiently and with details and was always extremely helpful in every circumstance. The condo space was super clean, well appointed with fabulous appliances . The bed and linens were super clean and comfortable white cotton. The bathroom was great, awesome bathtub. The location was fabulous, close proximity to groceries, many many restaurants, the water and ease to airport. Really enjoyed my and stay highly recommend this place for others visiting this area of Richmond to stay there. Nancy

Summary: I stayed here for 4 weeks on a business trip, and this was much better than staying in hotels. Nice kitchen and space to keep your stuff, dedicated parking spot in the garage, good restaurants within walking distance and just a ~10 minute walk to the metro if you want to go into Vancouver. (They're building a new metro station right in front of the building when I stayed, so it will be even more convenient soon!). Planes landing at YVR fly pretty close but you really can't hear them much at all if the windows are closed.
