Summary: A home away from home. This property had everything we were looking for. Accommodations exceeded our expectations.. Dishes to cook were provided, laundry room and soap provided to wash our clothes, 5 bedrooms with bunk beds in one room. Lots of yard for children to play, also grocery store right down the street. Overall felt like home. We will be back. Thanks a million Ryan

Summary: Everything in the house was as listed and so much more! Very well stocked kitchen! Good linens, nice towels, and comfortable beds. Had a couple questions for the manager and he responded right away! Would definitely stay here again when I’m in the area! Thanks for a great experience!

Summary: Overall it is a great place to stay. Little far from Gonzaga or downtown Spokane (slow to get an Uber) but close to Costco and Safeway. House was clean and as described. Beds we fairly comfortable. Regular eating is well stocked, serving trays/platters/salad bowls not so much. Communication with owner was excellent. Nice and new

Summary: This magnificent home in Mead was better than we could have ever hoped for. We were in town for my son’s wedding and needed a home with space to accommodate several people both for sleeping as well as hanging out! This home hit it out of the park in ALL areas!! The home was very well appointed, nicely decorated, and felt so warm and inviting. Loved the stocked big kitchen with everything we needed! Keurig, beautiful gas stove and oven. Microwave. Amazing fridge with ice dispenser. Beds were comfortable. Full laundry was really helpful. There is so much space in this house…it’s so deceiving from the outside. You have no idea how big it is. Ryan is THE BEST HOST. He was so gracious and accommodating for us on our special weekend. I highly recommend him And this home. We can’t wait to come back!! Thank you Ryan! Oh and having a Costco about 5 min away was a HUGE BONUS!!!! A stay!!!

Summary: The house was beautiful. Ryan was very helpful and courteous. Really enjoyed having the house where we could sit at kitchen table and visit. You don't have that option in a hotel. The house was a little farther from our wedding venue than expected. We would definetly stay there again.
