Summary: We were in for graduation and it's a lovely, easy drive to campus. We felt extra lucky because there was a bluegrass festival over at Grand Caverns and it offered a great soundtrack to our festivities. House was spotless. Great communication.

Summary: The house was clean, comfy, and dog friendly. We appreciated there not being a limit to the size of the dogs. We often find "dog friendly" rentals are only open to small breeds.We rented this property for its proximity to the Grand Caverns. It was perfect and cozy, especially on a cold, rainy weekend.

Summary: We were in the area visiting family and Misty's property was a perfect, comfortable home base for us and our two pups. The property has all of the basics and the neighborhood is very walkable.

Summary: We come to Virginia every thanksgiving to visit family and host thanksgiving. This place was perfect for our family. The only very small issue was it seems the neighbors dog loves to leave presents in the yard. Other than that everything else was great!

Summary: House was great, travel to and from JMU campus was easy drive. Walking distance to one yummy restaurant (Lil’ Gus’s’). Previous reviews said mattress and pillows weren’t comfortable. We thought the mattresses were just fine. The pillows were very thin/soft so if you need lots of thick pillows, I suggest bringing your own. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others

Summary: All the major items were 100% for this property: Cleanliness (perfect) Parking (2 driveway spots plus ample street parking) Appliances (fridge, dishwasher, laundry all excellent) Homewares (nicely decorated, decent kitchen equipment) Location (grocery store nearby and a few dining options, very close to Grand Caverns) Wifi (solid) Comms were a little slow, but never negatively impacted my plans. Would absolutely stay again, without hesitation.

Summary: The home was exactly as described. It was the perfect space for our family, as we were in town visiting family. Great location, quiet neighborhood and quick short walk to a nice little coffee shop. Excellent, and we will definitely be booking it again for our future visits.
