Positive: The location was close to the OTR district. Free, non-street, reserved parking. Having a couch and nice TV was great. Way nicer than any hotel room in Cincinnati. The unit was very clean and smelled nice. The unit appeared to be in a safe residential area of the city. Walking distance to the soccer stadium, $15 Uber to The Andrew J Brady Music Center.
Negative: The unit was on the ground floor so we could hear people talking as they walked along the streets. The entry door to the unit is located in the general entry/foyer of the housing unit and you could hear everyone they entered or exited the building. There were towels laying around the washer and the water connection, so we did not attempt to use the washer or dryer. The back of the couch appeared to be broken and needs repaired or replaced, which made it difficult to fully relax on the couch. The building next door is under renovation and this rental is within 20 ft of the workers entry area. So we could hear construction work except on Sunday when they weren't working.

Positive: Great location, nice personal touches. The snacks, drinks and personal items in the bathroom were very nice. Parking was a huge plus. We felt safe when coming and going.
Negative: Construction trash and the big Porta John outside the bedroom door was disappointing but will be good once the project is completed
