My place is close to family friendly activities, restaurants and shopping. You'll love this homes location in a cul de sac. This home is good for business traveler, families with kids and groups. It's nestled within the quiet small town of Monument, Colorado, but still near the hustle and bustle of Colorado Springs, Castle Rock and Denver too! Countless adventures are near by and the possibilities for fun are endless.
This home features four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The main bathroom has a large soaking tub and walk in shower with glass doors. It has a large living room on the main level and additional lounge area in the upper level loft. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances with a large farmhouse style dining table. There are view of the mountains from the back yard with two large sandboxes.
Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of the closet under the stairs and the third car/tandem part of the garage.

This neighborhood is part of a cud de sac and there is a camp ground behind the home in the backyard. There's a high school and campground nearby. The interstate close too. You may hear noise while you're here.

Summary: This was a great property for our family during my daughter's wedding weekend....the entire bridal party stayed with us and it was perfect.

Summary: The house is nice and clean but the AC didn't work the first 4 days of our stay. Staying in Colorado Springs in July can be hit or miss whether you will need AC. We rented this house because it had AC compared to a few less expensive ones that did not hav AC. The first 3 days of our trip was in the 90s and the AC did not work. The upstair bedrooms were pretty uncomfortable until late into the night. On the 4th day the ac was fixed but a cold front came through and it was no long needed. I requested a partial refund and the home owner never responded.

Summary: This home was great for our family while we were in town for a family wedding at Spruce Mt events. It was conveniently located off I-25, clean with a well appointed kitchen that had everything we needed with a Safeway grocery not far away. Drip coffee maker and Keurig with pods and creamer/sugar were appreciated. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided with plenty of bath towels and wash cloths. The beds/pillows/bedding were comfortable and the use of the washer and dryer were also appreciated. We had an issue with the a/c thermostat the first night and Julie resolved the issue right away. It's a perfect home base for USAFA activities or attractions in the Springs. Thanks!

Summary: It was a great stay, went to USAFA graduation. Very close to Academy. The house is really nice and clean. Great big table, so room for everyone. Beds were very comfortable.

Summary: My family and I had a terrific vacation and enjoyed our stay very much. The home is very inviting and was a perfect landing spot between going back and forth to USAFA. Easy access to the freeway too. Very responsive owner with Julie making our stay a smooth transaction.

Summary: This was the perfect house for our family. The teens especially liked the Pac-Man game. It had plenty of room and was very clean. Perfect place to relax after days full of sight seeing. The location made it easy to get to many attractions. Quiet neighborhood!!

Summary: Love this house and location. Great if you are wanting to visit Castle Rock and the Springs. We had events in both cities. Super clean and spacious home with plenty of room for the 6 of us. The downstairs “bedroom” is actually an office with double glass doors and no closet or privacy, which was no problem for us, just good to be aware of. Well stocked and furnished with a few family games upstairs. Would stay here again for sure!

Summary: Our stay at this home was awesome. 6 adults, 3 teenage boys and we were all comfortable. We had plenty of space! We also had family in Colorado Springs so when they came over for dinner we didn’t feel crowded. The home was beautiful and very comforting. Everyone loved the soft blankets and the neighborhood was very quiet.
