Summary: Great and calm location close to all major stations. Good for families.

Summary: Good location and easy to get to from Haneda for a family of four with adult children. The hotel was clean and comfortable, but not as spacious as it looked in the photos. The staff was wonderful. There is a supermarket, Daiso and Family Mart steps away from the hotel and many restaurants nearby. Options for dining is limited on Sundays because many restaurants close early or are not open at all. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Summary: Stayed 4 nights for site seeing. Quiet hotel. Paid in advance for the breakfast and it was very limited. Bed was very hard and room was very small. Worked for our basic needs.

Summary: Older hotel but a bit bigger rooms. Breakfast is not bad but need to have a bit more variation everyday.

Summary: This was possibly the easiest hotel to get to in Japan that we've stayed. It was connected to the train station and part of a shopping complex which included multiple western and Japanese dining and shopping options. There's even a grocery store in the basement of the shopping complex here. Small yet stylish room with well-trained staff. The breakfast was delicious but could use improvement on the ease of moving around-both for patrons and staff. There is a narrow corridor that served multiple purposes in the worst way: it was the entrance and the exit of all patrons and staff and was also the line for drinks and food on the buffet. In the short time we were dining, there were multiple collisions among people and staff colliding with others and dropping dishes. This was the only downside of this stay but a disappointment as we prefer a more calm breakfast area. We would stay here again but probably would avoid eating in their dining hall.

Summary: A short walk from Osaki station. Service was good. Stored baggage until check in time. Good size room, bed a bit soft and not many power outlets. Morning breakfast was excellent.

Summary: We chose this hotel due to easy access to train station. The room is quite small and dated. The most unacceptable thing is sound proof of the room is bad. Kept waking up by noise.

Summary: Functional hotel which was generally comfortable albeit a little dated looking and easily accessible to Osaki station. Lawsons right at the 3rd floor entrance of the hotel as well as a really lovely cafe just down the escalator from the Lawsons. Value-for-money. Would recommend to others.
