Summary: This house can accommodate big groups, and/or large families with kids. It has a lot of space, big kitchen and spacious rooms. Basement is larger than it appears on the photos. A lot of great activates for winter (snowmobiles, fire place, ice fishing, arcade games, table games) or summer (kayaking, boating, jet ski, fire pit, etc.) I would highly recommend this property and will come back again.

We had 8 adults and 7 kids and couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Plenty of room for everyone... the basement was perfect for the kids and the adults. We saw eagles and deer every day. The deer were in the driveway and In the backyard. We really appreciated the solitude and excellent fishing off the dock. The dock was large enough to accommodate our family. Close to town and easy to get anything you may forget. Kathy was amazing... friendly, efficient and able to answer questions and bring a battery quickly. Thank you for sharing your home! If you’re thinking of renting this place, DO IT! You are in for a treat.

Summary: Hartnett’s Hideaway is a lovely house with a nice lake access. We enjoyed many campfires, water sports and fishing off the dock!!! The house was extremely clean upon our arrival and the property manager was very accommodating to our needs. We could have really used a second refrigerator since there were 17 of us. The basement bedrooms were quite cold and lacked privacy since the whole ceiling was open. The porch was nice but had all glass windows and no screens. I’m sure with these improvements a larger group would be comfortable in this house.
