Positive: We had a lovely stay at this house near Amsterdam. The place had everything we needed — a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and it was clean and cozy. One of the best things was the location: right on the lake, very peaceful and quiet, far from any roads, which we really appreciated. It's a great spot to relax and unwind.
Negative: Just a heads-up: the house is about a kilometer from the parking area, and it took us a bit of time to find it at first — so make sure you check the directions carefully.
Summary: Nice and quiet small house by the lake, not far from Amsterdam.

Positive: The team gave lots of information and were available on the phone when I needed them. The room was perfect and had a nespresso machine, lots of information for food etc aswell. The host had luggage carriers and bikes available for us to use.
Negative: The bikes we had in our location could use some maintenance. The room was a good 25 minute walk from the car and there's no way to avoid that other than booking a boat to the room.
Summary: A great place to stay, especially if you like walking.

Positive: This place is amazing whether you're a group of friends or with kids. It is a very quiet and beautiful place and Joyce is an amazing host, always available and making sure everything is doing well. I recommend 100% if you're looking for a quiet, beautiful and relaxing place. Very nice restaurants around as well. Will definitely be back, thanks Joyce!

Positive: The host (Joyce) was amazing. Constantly communicated and helped to get the property. Once at the property, she helped to resolve any issues. The bed was comfortable.
Negative: The place is too small for a family of 2 adults and a kid. There is no wash basin in the bathroom, had to use the kitchen sink. The location is too hard to access. You need to walk almost 1 km to access to property from the parking and it is not very easy to get there. During check-in, Joyce was very helpful in arranging a boat to get to the property otherwise it would have been really hard to get in there with suitcases.
Summary: Great host but I wouldn't recommend the place
