Renovated in 2017, this delightful beach house is the perfect getaway for all. Nestled right off of Lake Shore Drive, this house is located at Stop 1 in beautiful Sheridan Beach!
This ranch-style duplex unit features new hardwood floors throughout, renovated kitchen with quartz counters, and a dining area. Updated bathroom with tub and shower. First bedroom has 2 twin beds, second bedroom has 1 queen bed, both equipped with large closets. Living room includes one sleeper couch that accommodates 2. Washer and dryer in unit, as well as a large patio with gas grill for cook outs. Maximum of 3 cars allowed.
Nearby attractions include Indiana Dunes Lakeshore with horseback riding, swimming, fishing, and picnicking. Nearby beach has volleyball court as well as a convenient public restroom. Lighthouse outlet mall nearby, as well as museums, Washington Park Zoo, outdoor water park, casinos, and numerous restaurants for families and special occasions.
Early check-in / late check in is not available during the summer months (June-August). We understand everyone is excited to start vacation early, but we do need the entire day to clean and prep the home for your arrival! Thank you for understanding!

Summary: The most perfect spot. Easy and SHORT walk to the beautiful and clean beach! The wagon was the best to carry our stuff on the walk!

Summary: The property was a perfect location to the beach, very close! They had beach chairs, toys, and a wagon to take everything to the beach which was great with small kids. Cosmetically, there were a few things that could be fixed/updated, but overall great property for the location and price!

Summary: Location was great! We walked to the beach and the zoo. Place included a beach wagon, beach towels, umbrella, and sand toys! Kitchen was well stocked for cooking (low on coffee) and had a dishwasher. We appreciated a crib in the house and a step stool for the kids. It could've been cleaner though. The floors made our feet black. We ended up putting down a picnic blanket for the kids to play on. Overall good stay for a family of four.

Summary: The location of this property is great, it's literally right around the corner from the beach. There is a lot to do in the area. The bungalow is cozy and could use a little more updating but the kitchen, dining area and bathroom were very tastefully done. The owners were very attentive to our needs and quickly resolved any issues or questions that we had. Looking forward to visiting the area again! Thank you for the hospitality.
