It is entirely PET-FREE (SORRY, NO EXCEPTIONS DUE TO SEVERE ALLERGIES). Upscale, beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated on a double size lot directly on the water of Bass Lake with 150 feet of frontage and amazing sunlight. Open concept with hardwood floors throughout, custom kitchen, and plenty of seating in front of the stone fireplace. The dining room has a large table with an adjacent great room where you can watch television. All main areas have large windows with an extensive view of the lake, and sliding doors with walkouts to the large wooden deck which wraps around the entire lakeside of the cottage.
The lot is found on an acre of land with extensive privacy from neighbours and hundreds of trees on the property. Located on a quiet road with cottages on one side. Comes with three bedrooms and two bathrooms in the main cottage, and a beautiful guesthouse at the water's edge with king size bed and separate bathroom. The cottage comfortably sleeps 8 from May to October, and sleeps 6 people from October to April.

Summary: We had an amazing time at this cottage. The host was extremely helpful and the spot was so beautiful. Everything was there that we needed. We Flew in from Gladstone QLD Australia wanting the Canadian cottage experience and this was it. Can't wait to go again.

Summary: We had a winter stay and it was very relaxing watching the snow fall on the lake while having a fire inside. We loved the large windows to let in light and see the surrounding Lake and trees. The kitchen counter is a great gathering spot to cook, eat, socialize and play games together. Would love to get back to this cottage in the future.

Summary: Such a gorgeous setting!!! Stunning home. We thoroughly enjoyed the secluded large waterfront, huge deck, spacious guesthouse, playground, and basketball court. Kids’ favourite pastime was hide and seek, and mine was the nightly s’mores at the firepit. Exceptional swimming and boating. The owners were wonderful and gracious throughout our vacation.

Summary: We have stayed in this area several times before and this cottage was a great find. The updated cottage and the bunkhouse were perfect for our extended family. Close to trails and to Orillia and great access on the water. Most evenings during our stay were topped off with a wonderful sunset directly across the lake.
