Summary: Great neighborhood with serene surroundings. House was spacious, clean and inviting. We had 11 people and never felt crowded. The host was very responsive. Great vacation spot near beaches, lakes, bike/walking trails, breweries, and Mashpee Commons.

Summary: We had an amazing stay at this property for a weekend wedding with family. The property is spacious, clean and absolutely beautiful! The owners are very communicative and answer any and all questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: My three siblings and I, spouses, children, and my elderly father all stayed here. It had something for everyone--one floor living for my elderly Dad, booster chair for my 3 year old niece, X-Box console for my 22 year old nephews, and everything in-between.

Summary: The house was fabulous! We had some issues with the door lock, and eventually had to change the batteries in the lock. I tried contacted the owner but may have not done it correctly on the app, so we had to figure it out for ourselves. But once we got that straightened out, everything was great. Lots of room for my husband and I, and my 2 sisters and their kids.

Summary: Our family of eight adults had a wonderful stay in Mashpee! Vlad and Miri were excellent hosts - communication was very easy and the house was clean. The neighborhood was beautiful and we enjoyed spending time on the patio and exploring the nearby marina and Popponesset Island.

Summary: The property was beautiful, well-maintained, and the air destinations that we enjoyed the facilities themselves provided everything we needed for a restful stay. The facility had resources for the beach and other things as well. There is one issue I’d like to highlight that involved the garbage which was left over from a previous tenant that over night was knocked over onto the lawn that I was asked to pick up by the property owner. I think there could be a better way to deal with that in the future.

Summary: We stayed here with 4 couples and two preteens. The house was exactly as pictured, and super clean. Beds were comfy. Beautiful grounds and neighborhood. The front patio was perfect for a cookout. Would stay again.
