Summary: The house was amazing! Very open, comfortable, and well furnished. Plenty of room for the two families. The grandkids loved the bunk room, and had so much fun fishing. Eric was more than accommodating, and very helpful - the best host!! Great family memories!! Thank you Eric!!

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay at this house. Eric the owner was super nice and answered any questions we had. The house was perfect for our family Vaca! We love the Mashpee area and this house had us located in a great spot to get to all our favorites restaurants, coffee spots, and shops. The house was clean and full of all the supplies we needed for fun on the water as well as a great BBQ. The view of the water from this house is truly perfect. I think my favorite thing to do was grab my coffee first thing in the morning and sit outside on the deck and look out on the water soaking in all the peace and beauty! Highly recommend this rental.

Summary: Spacious but not suited for seniors. Have to use stairs often to get to lower level in order to use yard.

Summary: This property was perfect for my family vacation week on Cape Cod. I had anywhere from 4-9 people on a given day and the house comfortably slept us all and had a nice big dining table that we could all sit around and eat a meal. But the best part was the view and spending time on the deck. I highly recommend this for your vacation!

Summary: Everything as advertised. Eric was super helpful and responsive. Location is awesome with so much to do on the water with access from the dock. Living room is great for entertaining and all bedrooms are spacious.

Summary: My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay here. The house was located in a very tranquil and beautiful area with lovely views from the master and the living space. The kitchen was well stocked. The house had everything we might need and more. The master bed was very comfortable. Eric was very helpful before our visit and gave us a very good introduction to the area surrounding the house. All in all a very nice stay and a great choice. Geat food at poppinessett inn too!

Summary: My family and some close friends stayed at Eric’s place recently to celebrate the recent marriage of me and my husband, and we could not have asked for a more wonderful spot. The house was spacious, well-designed for spending time with loved ones, clean, fabulously-located, and just perfect for our long weekend. We used kayaks, even swam off the dock in April, saw loads of fantastic wildlife, and had a great time relaxing with beautiful views and cozy surroundings. Like others have said, the pictures don’t do the home justice and Eric was a wonderful host. We are so grateful we had such a lovely spot to make incredible memories. We would absolutely stay again.

Summary: The house was clean and had everything we needed, including nice bedding and towels. The kitchen appliances were new and easy to use. The owner was great! Easy to communicate with and very helpful. Great view of the water and so many types of birds to watch while we relaxed on the back deck. Thank you!

Summary: Eric is a wonderful host - quick to answer any questions and very accommodating. The house is even better than the photos. The views are gorgeous. We had a family trip with parents, two couples, two young children, and a pup - there was plenty of room and a great layout for all. The main bedroom on the first level is convenient for older parents or anyone with mobility issues - and has a wall of closets, and another wall of windows. The bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs were wonderful to have some separation and privacy. The location is super close to Mashpee Commons (shopping, restaurants, activities, etc) and lots of other shops, plus a Children's museum, and a winery nearby - what more could you ask for? We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again. Thank you, Eric!
