HOUSE RULES
• Check in - 4:00 PM
• Check out - 10:00 AM
• Minimum 5 night stay

• No pets or ESA - if there is evidence of pets or ESAs you will be asked to vacate the home & be charged a $250 housekeeping pet fee, as well as forfeit all rent amounts paid.

• Per Bedford County regulations: occupancy is limited to 10 persons plus any number of children age 2 and under.
SECURITY
• Exterior cameras monitor the driveway & the waterfront for security purposes only.
ACCESSIBILITY
• Shoreline is not wheelchair accessible.
• Guests with ambulatory limitations should contact the host for an exact description of the house.
NOTE: Shoreline access is currently primitive, consisting of a path down to the water and a short ladder to get into the clear and swimmable water. PRIVATE DOCK is under contract and expected to be complete in early summer 2023. The dock will facilitate swimming and boating.

Summary: Great house. Clean. Ample space. Comfortable beds. Lots of supplies (toaster, coffee maker, nice pots, pans, and utensils for cooking, and some spices). Right on the lake. Great deck and windows! (Looks like they are still working on path down to the lake, but great property overall!)

Summary: We rented this home for a family weekend to watch a V-Tech football game. The school is about an hour and 10 mins away, but we were grateful to be able to stay together and have the opportunity to cook and bring our own food. The house is brand new! 4 bedrooms, 2 with king beds, one with 4 singles and one with a queen bed. Three full new bathrooms also. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances etc and the fridge is large enough for all the food! Once the dock and boat ramp are installed this home is going to be very sought after. Great experience!
