Positive: Lovely clean spacious home in a quiet street, easy to find.
Negative: Would have appreciated some kitchen staples eg gladwrap, cooking condiments etc. the kitchen wasn't well equipped with extras that you wouldn’t have with you on an OS holiday making it difficult to prepare any meals.

Positive: The house is lovely and spacious and warm. Beds were comfy and access was easy. I needed to contact the host and received a very quick reply which was good Great TV Plenty of heaters
Negative: On the whole it was good, however some tips to make your place stand out from the crowd Coffee pods would have been nice to go with the coffee machine 500mls of milk for 5 guests over 2 days is a bit stingy It would have been so much nicer to have had good quality matching crockery The same goes for the cutlery which was cheap More glasses etc, the kitchen was very "bare" Some bulbs were out on bedside lamps, so we had to swap things around I understand you need to keep some things private, but it would have been so much nicer to have access to the wardrobe in the master bedroom. Mirrors in the bedrooms would have been appreciated Hated the plastic covering on tables Cleaner arrived at 1 minute to 10.00am. I understand checkout is at 10.00am and we were ready to leave however felt a bit pressured The cleaning fee was reasonably expensive so would have expected things to be a little cleaner, eg no cobwebs, windows a bit cleaner
Summary: All in all very nice but it would be so easy to make this "stand out" with a wee bit more thought

Positive: Really is a super place to use as a base to explore Hamilton area. The garage has excellent area for drying washing. Very useful for us. Netflix also a huge plus. The lounge was lovely with the comfy seating and air con.
