Summary: 1) The house is close to the beach (.3k), and easy to access and park at; 2) The contact person, Gabriela, was very kind; 3) The downstairs guest, Andrea, was a terrific neighbour; 4) The yard and area was clean and well cared for; 5) I so needed the chips and water when I arrived - greatly appreciated! Suggestions: A) The mattress for so hard I used all the bed pillows in the apartment to lay on or I couldn't sleep B) The listing should explain better that the house has 2 apartments. C) There was no sound insulation and every noise between the apartments could be heard. Does not feel private; D) It would be helpful to have a sheet of information that renters could use to understand the internet access, deal with trash, find local grocers, restaurants, farmers' markets. Thank you!
