It is in a central location in North Eastham near the bike trail, walkable to shops, and under 2 miles to Nauset Light (ocean) or popular Campground Road (bay) beaches. Popular Arnolds Restaurant featuring famous seafood and mini golf is nearby.
Located on a quiet cul de sac , amenities include AC, HDTV, digital cable, blue ray player, wired and wireless Internet, washer & dryer, and complete kitchen facilities. There is a comfortable 16' x 18' Great Room, two outdoor patios with lounge chairs, patio chairs and a large picnic table, outdoor (hot) shower and parking for two cars. Bedroom configuration for 8 persons with two queen bedrooms and two twin bedrooms. An additional TV is located in the basement with a ping pong table.

Summary: There is a yellow jacket nest in the bush at The front door that needs to be dealt with, but otherwise the house was comfortable and clean and in a great position near beaches, shops and supermarkets. Would highly recommend it.

Summary: This was a great experience in a nice home. We stayed here for the week and found it to be relaxing and spacious. It fit the bill entirely as due to mobility issues as my mom uses a walker and we only used the main floor which worked out well. We had plenty of room as there were only the two of us but the home can accommodate more. The outdoor shower was great. Would highly recommend this place.

Summary: We loved this property! I wish there were pictures of the backyard online because it was fantastic for family - flat, plenty of seating, picnic table, very little bugs. The pictures of the property on VRBO did not do it justice - we were extremely pleased with the house and setup. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs and 2 upstairs which made it great for 2 separate families (or a family and in-laws!) - each having their own private space. One downside for us was that there was no gas grill, only charcoal. The AC was mini splits versus window units which was also a pleasant surprise compared to other properties in the area - easy to control temperature throughout the house. It doesn’t mention to bring linens. Luckily, we’ve rented before and we brought them. You will your own linens for the property.

Summary: We loved staying in this home. The AC was especially helpful as we arrived during very hot and humid weather. Each room is adjustable, so everyone could adjust the temperature for their own sleeping comfort. We also loved the access to the bike path as well as an incredible biking loop to both Coast Guard and Nauset Light beaches! The house is in the perfect spot to explore the National Seashore, bayside beaches, and fresh water ponds. Overall, this home was a great launching pad for a really fun family vacation.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay in this spacious rental. The layout of the house was perfect for our family vacation -- large living area with plenty of seating, great patio and backyard with lots of chairs, 2 full bathrooms plus an outdoor shower. The AC was an added bonus and worked great. We also LOVED the location -- only 2 miles from the National Sea Shore. We were able to easily ride our bikes to the Shore or to the bike trail. Thanks for a great week at the Cape!
