Klaim is one of the Jordanelle/Park City area's latest new townhome projects, with a mountain contemporary aesthetic, fashionable kitchen and bathrooms, vaulted ceiling living space, and the most stunning Deer Valley ski slope views in all of the Jordanelle area.
Sleeping 8, this multi-level townhome offers a King master suite with ensuite bath, a Queen suite with ensuite bath, and a suite with two Queens and accompanying ensuite bath. The upstairs level offers a secondary spacious living area with sectional sofa, wet bar area and walk out to the privacy of the patio which backs up to open space and wildlife. The upstairs living area offers one of the most magnificent ski slope and lakeside picturesque view.
An epic modern masterpiece, thus home is equipped with the fast internet speed, new large screen TVs with streaming for family movie nights après ski, all new bedding and mattresses and more.
The kitchen is well stocked for vacation groups with lots of storage and multiple kitchen appliances for cooking and entertaining. The living and dining areas are cozy but spacious, with modern stacked stone fireplace, expansive windows and tons of natural light. This unit being an uphill build, there is an additional half bath on the lowest level adjacent to the garage which provides the ground level entry point. The garage has one space occupied, with room for another small to mid-sized SUV, as well as driveway parking for one additional vehicle, totaling space for 2 mid-sized family cars.
Just a few blocks away, the Black Rock Ridge hotel offers an award winning restaurant and bar, along with coffee and pastry shop. Summary: I would give this a 4.5 stars. Beautiful new property Nice layout with plenty of room for a larger group. Nice linens, bathrooms are good. Pillows were way too soft my preference Lots of construction around so a little loud but not annoying. Only real complaint - when we arrive trash was still in kitchen w old shoes in one bin and full second bin. We emptied but had no trash bags so we bought some. Note - no iron on premises. Also- HVAC didn’t have zones so struggled a bit in the heat to keep things cool enough for us at night. Upstairs definitely didn’t get super cool. Overall would stay again as it was super convenient and well done overall.

Summary: This is a must stay!!!!! The views are amazing and the outdoor deck is the place to be. Luxurious furnishings thru out, that make this place stand out amongst the rest. Very close to all the amenities Park City has to offer but off the beaten path for some peace and quiet. I highly recommend this place and I will be back.

Summary: I stayed here with my three children ages 14, 18, and 22. This unit was clean, very comfortable (including beds) with spectacular views. Check in was seamless and management was easy to contact. Kitchen was well stocked. And did I say that the design was simply beautiful? Driving to PCM or Deer Valley was an easy 15 min. There is road noise and current construction next door, but this did not deter our experience one bit (and I'm picky, just ask my kids). We loved it and hope to be back.

Summary: The pictures do not do justice to the stunning vistas you see from the property. The house itself had this wonderful open/airy quality about it! The beds were incredibly comfy and the kitchen had everything you could need to cook. Really enjoyed my time.

Summary: Absolutely gorgeous brand new townhouse just a short drive from Park City. Spacious, luxurious, and the views were spectacular. Had a great weekend stay and would definitely recommend this rental to others. Large at least 2 car garage that can be used. Communication with the owner was good, there was a bit of confusion initially about the location since it wasn’t on google maps quite yet, but the location was made clear before we arrived so no issues.
