Charming 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath cottage located in a gated community on the large, open main body of water.
The main level of this immaculate home has an open floor plan complete with a stunning stone fireplace for easy entertaining. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked to any cooks delight. Large TV in living area with cable and a Roku box. Blue-tooth speaker for playing your favorite music.
Master bedroom with a king-sized bed is on the main level with access to the large screened-in porch. Master bath has a gorgeous soaking tub , antique marble-top vanity, walk-in closet and private water closet. Large TV in Master Bedroom with cable box and Roku access. French doors lead to large screened-in porch.
Small second bedroom on main level with full size bed and attached half bath.
Main level also includes a screened-in porch that runs the length of the home. A large back hall with access to outdoor shower. Large panty with extra refrigerator. Laundry room with plenty of storage.
Upstairs, Huge third bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds and 2 twin beds. This room sleeps 6. Attached jack and Jill bath with 2 sinks, 2 toilets and one large shower. Plenty of storage and linens.
Fourth bedroom has a king bed and an attached jack and Jill bath.
Huge yard for playing with a gentle slope to the lake. Only 2 steps to the lake. Outdoor shower for rinsing off . Lily Pad and other lake toys provided.
Neighborhood has a community boat launch and LARGE community playground. Nearby fly fishing and boat, jet-ski rental.
Duskin Point Marina ((205) 384-69420 directly across from home. Rent a boat from them and they will deliver to our home. You must order in advance.

Summary: We had a quick trip before school started back and the house and property was everything we could have asked for the group. Property had all of the supplies we would ever need and more supply wise. When one issue arose communication was easy and quick. Will look to be back here next year.

Summary: The neighborhood was very nice and the property was beautiful. The home has many amenities for guests. The owner provided complete and clear instructions and we had no issues at checkin. The property was clean and fully stocked with all we needed. We made many great memories and will be back!

Summary: The porch was our favorite place to hang out when we were not boating. It had plenty of seating for all of us hang out and spend family time together. The kitchen has great appliances and plenty of room for multiple cooks. We will stay here again.

Summary: We throughly enjoyed our stay! Owners were quick to respond with any questions and with leaving fun things nearby for the kiddos. The Pond and playground are a must to check out for them. Our favorite area was the porch. Spacious and relaxing!

Summary: Four other couples along with my wife and I stayed here for a long weekend getaway. It was perfect for us. Plenty of room and conveniently located. The place was well decorated and had more than everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely return.
