Summary: This was a great place to stay. Super clean and comfortable to stay in. I’m happy we stood here and we will definitely consider coming back here in the future. The owner was super nice and welcomed us in person when we checked in.

Summary: Stayed for a few days for some games. Cottage was fine size for me. Fridge, stove worked fine. Shower a little small but was hot and good pressure. Off-street parking. Rode one of their bikes to local bar for St Patty's Day. No cable TV though with limited channels. I didn't use A/C or heat so cannot comment on that. Freshly squeezed OJ was great. Would stay again.

Summary: It was great having our own place to come and go without disturbing anyone. Everything we needed was provided. Don’t forget to pack your own beach towel if you will be going to the beach! TV Reception is poor with limited channels so even tho we weren’t there much it was difficult to find news or anything worth watching. Mindy, Bill and brother Mike provided us with great information on the area the restaurants and fishing. We never ate a bad meal out! We loved the area (new to us) and will consider a longer stay next time . Book early with these nice folks!

Summary: Owner Bill met us immediately upon arrival. We were arriving late and he stayed up and made sure that we had what me needed to make our stay great. An added bonus: coffee and creamer in the fridge for the next morning. Another added bonus: his and her bikes! Our communication with Mindy throughout the process was excellent. We highly recommend this property.

Summary: Mindy and Bill are very helpful, friendly hosts and the location is super. I felt welcome and safe. Their tips for places to visit was fun to read and I took advantage of a recommended breakfast spot (Mary's Gourmet Kitchen - excellent!). US1 and Interstate 95 are not far away so it is easy to get around. Golf courses are available within 15 minutes drive. I forgot my camera charger when I left and Mindy met me at a halfway point so I didn't have to go all the way back to the cottage to retrieve it! Many thanks for that! I would definitely stay here again! One point of caution: there are a few stairs to get from the driveway to the cottage so if you have mobility issues you should check with Mindy & Bill before booking.

Summary: This cottage is as advertised, small and cozy. It was clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Mindy and Bill, the hosts were friendly, reponsive and had great suggestions of places to see and things to do. They provided us with bikes to ride for us to explore the area. It was great for my husband and I for our first time to the Jenson Beach area. The space is small, it worked well for us. It is best for one person or a couple.
