Summary: Perfect for what we needed. Place is equipped with everything that you may need. Beds were comfortable. The only negative is that windows are old and the street noise is a little loud, but downtown location is convenient.

Summary: Lisa was a wonderful welcoming host. Answered all my questions and even came an said hello when it turned out we were at the same place for dinner. The place was described as NYC flat an it delivered. Spacious and beautifully decorated and only minutes from Bay College where I was speaking. A perfect choice for all those visiting the area!

Summary: My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The flat was in a great location and perfect to return to after our daily adventure around the UP. The bed was comfortable, the place was clean and had everything we needed for the week. We would definitely stay there again if traveling back to Escanaba.

Summary: Lisa was very available when needed, facility was perfect for us, Loved the size of the bathroom, very well appointed furniture and easy access for all of Escanaba shops and restaurants, as well as very inviting. The 22 steps were an issue for us as we are more mature, but very manageable and accommodating Parking was a breeze, and coffee shop right downstairs, and safe areas and check in were very comforting. it is a small city atmosphere, but the loft feel is very homey and close to our planned destinations. Lisa went out of her way to answer our inquiries and even reached out to us by phone with time sensitive concerns on booking. It was a very pleasant stay . We would recommend this apartment.
