Summary: Window sill was in pretty bad shape in the bathroom, as well as the bathtub itself...looked to be repainted multiple times.

Summary: A man enters my room at night. And then an hour later scurry came banging on my door, scared me and told me I have to leave I had just checked in. It's was terrible. They never cleaned the room the next day. I don't think I should have to pay for the first bite since they work me up twice.

Summary: This is not a 4 star hotel. Closer to 2 star. Charged $5 to hold a bag for a few hours. Hotel is completely run down. Hallways smell terrible. Walls are paper thin. Housekeeping did not service the room.

Summary: Besides the nice comfort and the convenience of having a couple of good restaurants in the hotel lobby, we loved being centrally located to everything NY had to offer. From train stations to adventures, we didn’t have far to go.

Summary: The room was comfortably clean. However, the shower faucet leaked tremendously and I alerted the staff. You have to pay $25 a day for a coffee machine. No fridge. It was just me and my room was super tiny. Maybe that's why? There was also a steady noise outside lasting past midnight each night. The location is tops. I've stayed there before with my boyfriend and had a much better room. If I stay there again, I will do more research. Otherwise, a really nice hotel.
