Positive: Close proximity to town. Well presented internally.
Negative: Difficult to communicate with owners/agents when we wanted to extend our stay for a day prior to travelling and numerous spam emails sent from them. Difficult parking. The dustbins had not been filled correctly and were overflowing so we had nowhere to put rubbish bags at the end of our stay.

Positive: Location. Close to shops and beach. Plenty of utensils/crockery. Comfortable rooms. Recently decorated. Sunny garden.
Negative: Major issues with cleaning. Had to contact owner who sent round the housekeeper. Washing machine in downstairs toilet under stairs. Didnt know it was there until we were leaving. Booking.com states no washing machine. Needs signage.

Positive: it’s location was great, short walk to a lovely pub and close to shops! it was well equipped and homely.
Negative: the parking isn’t great but that said we could always stop outside to let out those that couldn’t walk far and would find somewhere nearby

Positive: Lovely welcome hamper which was wonderful especially the prosecco to help celebrate meting up with the children after 2 years due to pandemic.
Negative: Some blinds did not work properly and dust and battery under bed in back bedroom. Parking and train noise (but we did get used to it)
