The 4-bed, 4-bath lakefront home on one of the best lots in the cove of Lake June was built in 2019 and offers everything you need for the perfect vacation. The home is over 2,700 sf under air and has a beautiful open floor plan with vinyl wood plank flooring throughout; all new appliances, furniture, and amenities; and a huge 50' x 15' screened patio with Jacuzzi hot tub - perfect for entertaining. This home also a beautiful backyard with a private boat house with large seating area under the roof and room to park your boat (boat lift not available but drive on jet ski docks are with notice), rope swing, 2 paddle boards, private beach, and a fire pit. Ping Pong table and indoor shuffleboard table also available for your enjoyment. Enjoy barbecuing, roasting s’mores, cooking in the kitchen and boating.

Summary: I just want to say thank you to the owners of this property. Our family had an amazing time enjoying the awesome house and beautiful lake. The pictures don’t do it justice. The house is new and set up in a way that allows everyone to have their own space while all still being together. It’s beyond clean and makes you feel like you’re at home. The views are amazing and it’s a hard place to say goodbye to. If you book a stay here you won’t regret it.

Summary: A group of us were looking for a beautiful, scenic lake home in central Florida and this home exceeded our expectations in every way. It was clean, had an exceptional view, three wonderful seating areas (screened porch, under a tree in the yard, and on a covered dock) for relaxing and talking, and it was perfectly outfitted. The manager was delightful and they set it up to have everything we needed. Will definitely itself be back!

It is obvious that the owner invests time/$$$ to keep his property in top condition...no surprises here. Everything is modern and in order. You can book with complete confidence.

Summary: The lake house was in like new condition and very spacious…crazy clean, high quality mattresses and pillows… the whole house was well stocked with everything we needed for 12 people…awesome patio area w/room for everyone from the large screen flatscreen tv, to the comfortable outdoor furniture, ping pong table and hot tub. We really enjoyed watching football from the hot tub! The water trampoline was SO much fun for the kids (and adults). We rented jet skis from a local rental company and highly recommended it. The lake is large and beautiful! The owners were super attentive and communicated well. We would love to go back! . ☺️
