Positive: LOCATION! This was ideal for visiting Boone, Grandfather Mountain, Blowing Rock etc...the house was incredibly comfortable--I DO wish there was live TV so I could see the local weather.
Negative: Internet was a bit sporadic and a good table lamp in the living room would have been great

Positive: Pastoral setting with WiFi essential in this case. Responsive contact Traci:) All sorts of comfortable aspects, 3 warm beds, 2 large baths. Washer & dryer. Thoughtfully appointed. Fully equipped kitchen. Modern thermostat and clean sealed surfaces. Ample entertainment options: Netflix, puzzles, dvds, etc. Thoughtful guests will enjoy the whole experience.
Negative: Fortunately one member of our party had better cell phone navigation on the way to finding this remote bucolic address. This meant better navigation was available to one car. There turned out to be several variations of Little Squirrel Creek Rd, specifically Old Squirrel Creek Rd, and Squirrel Creek Rd! A sign did finally help and so did the first arriving driver talking the second driver “in” from Squirrel Creek Meats. Relieved to arrive but reluctant to drive around much with limited ability to navigate.

Positive: Newly renovated clean comfortable little home. All the amenities and little extras. Very well done.
Negative: Hefty cleaning fee for 2 people. Highest I have ever paid. They could pro rate it for the number of people.

Negative: Too much trash in the field. I picked up a lot of the trash and hauled out in the trunk of my car. The rest of the field still needs a lot of work.
Summary: Wonderful, it was a cozy and relaxing experience.
