Summary: The house is extremely well appointed and comfortable and exactly as described in the listing. It even has a Great communication with both the owner and the property manager and any issues were resolved within a very short time. Couldn’t have a better location unless you were on the beach - half a mile to the beach and a bit more to the village. My only gripe would be that the property is not set up for outdoor dining.

Summary: Beautifully designed and very clean house in an ideal location. This is our second stay in the house and look forward to an opportunity to return. Walk and bike to beach easy and great for going into Amagansett or East Hampton. Owner is very responsive. Overall, a great stay.

Summary: My wife and I had a great stay with a few of our friends over Memorial Day weekend. The house is lovely and even though the weather didn’t cooperate we were still able to enjoy the heated pool, wonderful fireplace and close proximity to the beach.

Summary: We had a great stay at Amalia’s home in Amagansett. The check in and check out process was easy and Amalia was reachable and quick to respond throughout the weekend with anything that we needed. You can’t beat the location - just a few steps from both Amagansett town and the beach. Her home is absolutely stunning and beautifully decorated. Would definitely come back!

Summary: After six months of Covid-19 isolation we needed a relaxing beach getaway. This house was a great home base for the week - very clean with all modern amenities, a beautiful pool, and perfect location. Importantly, no bad surprises!
