This 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home that sleeps 10 is nestled in a friendly and safe community in Orange Tree where there are two nearby playgrounds, tennis courts, soccer field and walking trails.
A Publix grocery store is right down the block, and only 15 minutes away from Disneyworld, close to SeaWorld, shopping centers, Universal Studios and 35 minutes from downtown Orlando.
What makes our home so inviting?
It is welcoming, relaxing, warm and perfect for entertaining family and friends.
As you enter our home, we have an expansive living room overlooking the pool.
Our two bedrooms features a MICKEY AND MINNIE MOUSE rooms which both have an exceptional bunk beds with extra trundles that adds to our home’s special characteristics.
A master bedroom that has a walk-in closet and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower, Jacuzzi tub and direct access to the pool.
We also have a covered patio, table and plenty of seating where everybody can relax any time of the day or night.
There is a large inviting heated pool with a Jacuzzi hot tub, all of which is screen covered, all of this will help you get the most of your vacation stay and for other activities there is a mini putt putt golf hole and a Games Room

Summary: The photos truly don't give this property enough credit. The place was absolutely beautiful and we have no complaints. The smoke alarm did go off from adjusting the AC, but the property manager was easy to get a hold of and responded immediately to the issue! The neighborhood is quiet and steps away from a community playground (which was a plus with kids!). Great place to stay if you're looking for easy access to Disney or just looking to get away with family.

Summary: We had a great stay! The best part was the pool and spa, we did get the pool heat. The teenagers spent every night in the spa and it was the perfect temperature! The pool table was fun and so was the mini putt. Our beds were comfortable and everything was clean. We did have an issue with the fridge, luckily there was another fridge in the garage to use. We called and it was fixed in a few days, didn’t affect our trip at all!

Summary: First of all I was impressed by the accuracy of the listing. The place was even more beautiful than the photos.The beds were wonderful and the house had everything we needed. Plenty of kitchenware and fully stocked linen closets The pool and the hot tub were wonderful and everyone enjoyed it. The only thing I thought needed improvement was the air. Keeping it on 72 was okay for the house but the bedrooms weren't cool enough. Maybe some ceiling fans would resolve the issue. And some of the blinds need to be replaced. I still think the place was a 10 . This wss my fourth rental and this wss the only time I have bern fully satisfied and felt like I got my money "s worth. Everyone was so pleasant and easy to work with. Thsnks again for making our stay so memorable

Summary: We recently stayed at this location and it was perfect for our family. The beds were super comfy, bathrooms were nice and the pool/hot tub/patio area was so relaxing! The second night one of the fire alarms started chirping for a low battery. We called the number and they sent someone right away. When we are back in the area we will definitely look up this property!

Summary: The house was amazing!! Great amount of space for a family, good location, very cleans and had lots of activities! The pool, pool table and putting green were very fun! It was a little extra to heat the pool but the host was right in recommending it heated!

Summary: This place was very spacious and great for our group. Pool, hot tub and game room was wonderful! We were there to watch our daughters play college ball. If we go back to Clermont, we would love to have this place again!
