Summary: We enjoyed the quietness of this condo and loved the sky pool! The bed and furniture were very comfortable. From this location we were able to access all of our favorite hiking paths. Would have liked a little more lighting in the condo, especially on cloudy days!

Summary: We experienced exceptional communication from the very beginning. Our host was always timely and responsive with any questions we had. The condo is spacious, clean and extremely accommodating. Very homey feel and in a great location. The condo has a very beautiful view from the balcony and all the amenities are at your disposal. Large beautiful pool and a trail behind the condo to walk and explore. The kitchen is large and has all you need to cook and enjoy family meals at the table together. We have a disabled 6year old daughter and she thoroughly enjoyed this place and the host was extremely kind regarding our child. Lots of love and life in this place. You’ll make memories and enjoy your time so much you’ll be sad to leave. We are buying a house and while that is a happy experience and we look forward to our new home, we will definitely miss this place a lot. If you are looking for a place to relax, have fun snd feel right at home, this is it! Book this condo and enjoy every minute of your experience. We did!!

Summary: Garage is small, additional parking an issue. Appliances dishwasher, washing machine very loud. Frig fan needs adjusting, whines. Couch very uncomfortable.

Summary: The property was immaculate and modern with a very nice close up view of the mountain backdrop right off your balcony. Great spot to watch for wildlife, and a hiking trail at your door step! Owner was extremely quick to respond and address any concerns during our entire stay - thanks Adrian! The community heated pool was a plus! Beds were comfortable, ample storage space and nice neighbors were a plus! Only a couple things to be aware of: This is an upstairs unit, so it's an inconvenience to carry EVERYTHING up, including cases of water (due to the fact we are not used to the extremely hard water that is a fact of life in Arizona.). Having a garage was a bonus, but we could only store our toys there: bicycles, motorcycle, scooter. Our extended cab pick up truck fit, but nothing else would have fit, which then led us to play "musical parking spots" every time we went out. Parking spots are not assigned. Sometimes we even had to park down the small hill to the lower lot, which would not a be problem for the younger crowd, but seniors beware. We cooked many meals there and all equipment/utensils available, but there were absolutely no pantry items. Understandable since units are left unoccupied for lengths of time, but it took us quite a few shopping trips (and $$$) the first couple weeks to get set up for home meal prep. We were staying for 3 months. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and adored the town of Cave Creek. Entertainment and restaurants were plentiful. Outdoor activities numerous and scenic drives abundant. We would stay again, albeit in a ground floor unit.
