Summary: Condo was in the perfect location. We only needed the place for a couple days and it was perfect. It's a little out dated and the beds are a little hard but so worth the money. The communication with Debbie was amazing. She made the whole process very easy.

Summary: This is a fantastic condo. The location could not be better - STEPS to the beach. Walk to the Pier and surf shops. We loved this 2 story, spacious and clean condo. The view of the ocean cannot be beat and you will probably spend as much time at the pool as on the sand. Debbie was absolutely fantastic to work with. We will be back!!

Summary: Three friends all in our 70s decided on a weekend getaway in Cocoa Beach. We absolutely loved our time at this beautiful condo. Shopping in Cocoa Village is also a must. We had dinner at Rikki Tikki Tavern our on the pier one night and it was so much fun. Beautiful area and fabulous condo - we will be back.

Summary: Great location and our host was wonderful. Beautiful view of the ocean and within walking distance of the pier, Ron Jon's and restaurants. Very quiet and the pool was wonderful as well. Will definitely rent this one again. Thank you Debbie for opening your vacation home to us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hated to leave.

Summary: Host is wonderful. We received a very pleasant welcome with personal note, wine, bag of chocolates, fresh flowers, & beverages in the refrigerator. The condo is comfortable, beautifully decorated with updated, contemporary furniture, art & beach-themed accessories; 3 widescreen TV’s. The kitchen & dining areas are well stocked with appliances, cook & bake ware, dishes & serve ware, and items for entertaining. Good bedding. Ample linens, bath & beach towels, cleaning supplies. Chairs & tables on balcony allowed outdoor eating & enjoyment of the view. Beach chairs, umbrella, toys, games, & art supplies provided. Lots of storage space in closets & furnishings for personal items was appreciated. Having reserved covered parking on-site was a big plus.
