Summary: The house was clean and there was plenty of room for our family to gather. The kitchen was stacked with just the basics. I would suggest you bring all your food needs and your own hair products.

Summary: Management was easy to contact. Grass at the property had not been maintained in a while. House was laid out very well for families with children. Very quiet neighborhood. It was a very enjoyable stay and I would recommend this home for others looking for a four bedroom in South Reno. Thank you for a enjoyable stay.

Summary: Spacious and clean with lots of seating options. We had more people than the beds in the house but the owner was able to accommodate it with rollaway beds that had new/clean/separate bedding. There were PLENTY of towels and blankets. A/C worked great and everyone was very comfortable. There was an outdoor setup as well that we were able to use. Very easy check in and check out. The only CON was how small the kitchen was with our big group. But we made it work. There was coffee provided with the Keurig and we were also able to use the coffee pot. Highly recommend!!

Summary: Overall the stay was good. The house was clean and the location was great. The door code worked well and the outdoor area was nice.There was no essentials like oil for cooking, only one roll of TP per bathroom (not enough for a 5 day stay). Enough laundry soap for one load, and only one paper towel roll. There was no shampoo or conditioner and only on bathroom had soap. The management company was available prior to the weekend but once Friday night hit they were MIA. I had trouble booking an additional night. vRBo wasn’t much help either. I’d recommend this house just a few things you’ll have to grab from the store

Summary: Nice property, good location. Kitchen poorly equipped for actually cooking for a family, so we didn't cook there. Living room lighting was dim, unable to read in there at night. Nice neighborhood lose to family we were visiting.

Summary: It was a pleasant stay. Beds were all comfy. Would have been nice to have access to more kitchen cookery, but really the basics are there. We went from 10 people down to 7. It was nice to have access to coffee pods and one pkg of coffee for a pot. Had we been 19, there wld not have been enough coffee for the four days we booked. Also, we had enough detergent for one load, again for that number if people for 4 days, more would have been nice. Toiletries were offered, but again not enough for ten people. It would have been helpful to see pictures of the kitchen cookery, as we made a full thanksgiving feast. That’s my only helpful feedback. Not a negative comment to be made. They brought in extra seating, roll-away bed and bought a Turkey roaster.

Summary: This was a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. A little disappointed that for accommodating 12 people, there was only a dining table to hold 6.

Summary: The home was very comfortable! Lots of seating in the living room but could use a dining room table for at least 8, as it only sits 6 with no other options other than the living room. An updated TV to allow for streaming services would be nice as well. House was immaculate in cleanliness! Wonderfully quiet neighborhood & a great place to go for a walk. 2 garage door openers & a little food gift basket was lovely! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!
