Set on a small, quiet, complex just 10 minutes walk from Luz beach and its restaurants and bars. This stunning end of terrace villa with superb ocean views is perfectly equipped for all your needs.
Recently refurbished and newly furnished spacious villa has everything you need for a family holiday including a large private pool (which can be heated at an additional cost of £140 per week). Four large bedrooms sleeping 8 comfortably and 3 newly fitted bathrooms, 2 of which are ensuite. The balcony has recently (2019) been extended and glass balustrades added to maximise the sea views. The balcony has both gas and charcoal Weber BBQs. There is also a ping pong table outside for use of the guests.
The upper floor has a large open plan lounge and dining room with seating for 8. It has an internet TV system, wifi and a beautiful wood burning fire for the winter months. Two sets of sliding patio doors lead out onto a large balcony with sea views and steps down to the pool area (also accessible from the ground floor). Also on the first floor is a large, well equipped kitchen - including hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer (new kitchen being installed for beginning of 2023) The washing machine is located on the ground floor in a small room by the pool.
The villa boasts a huge roof terrace with uninterrupted, panoramic sea views which can be enjoyed from a 10 seater sofa.
On the lower level are four large bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with bath and seperate shower. Bedroom 2 also has a double bed and ensuite bathroom with a large, modern walk in shower. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have their own direct access to the pool area.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 both have twin single beds and share a seperate shower room. Both rooms open onto a delightful inner terrace.
The property has had air conditioning installed in every room and has central heating and a log burning fire for the winter months.
There is a shower located by the pool and 8 comfortable sun beds and drinks tables. There is a small outdoor kitchen with sink and fridge by the pool area.
The complex has its own pool and bar - also open during the evening.
The villa has a travel cot and baby high-chair (no charge for use).

Ponta da Gaivota is a pleasant 10 minute walk along the seafront to the centre of Luz. There are several bars and restaurants on the walk in before the main beach area. Praia da Luz is one of the Algarve's most stunning beaches with restaurants, bars and water sports. The unspoilt fishing village of Burgau is a 5 minute drive away with its excellent beach and restaurants. The bustling marina of Lagos with its lively nightlife is 10 minutes drive.
There are 2 golf courses within 5 minutes drive and both watersports and horse riding can be enjoyed nearby.

Summary: We had a wonderful time in Luz, the house is so well situated that after spending the first half of our holiday in Guia and having to jump in a car to explore each day, being in this house with it’s view of the ocean meant we could relax, walk to the beach, restaurants and other places and take life at a much easier pace.The home was beautifully designed and extremely well stocked with every conceivable thing a family might need, spotless and a joy to be in.We loved the pool, we lit the fire on Christmas Day and had many a lunch on the terrace overlooking the ocean, some of us even got up early to catch the sunrise on the roof terrace.Highly, highly recommended.

Summary: Our stay was perfect. The villa has everything you need to enjoy your holiday, it’s very clean and modern and the pool is very welcoming, we paid for it to be heated and it was well worth it. Would definitely like to return. The owner also replied to any emails promptly.

Summary: The villa is outstanding, the best we have ever stayed in! It was immaculate and very spacious, and fully equipped with everything you may need. The views are fabulous. In August we didn’t need the pool heating, it was a nice temperature. It was a 15 minute walk to the town and beach. We often got an Uber back for around 5 euros. We found the Spar to be the better of the two supermarkets, but also found an app where you could order groceries etc to be delivered to the villa (could be Glovo?) Communication with Julia the host was great, very efficient. Would 100% recommend, you won’t be disappointed!!

Summary: Amazing villa! Very tastefully furnished and well equipped, had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The pool was a lovely temperature without heating. Enjoyed walking on the coastal path into Luz to visit the beach, bars and restaurants and also visited Lagos which was just a short taxi journey (used Uber which were readily available). Many thanks to the fantastically helpful owner who recommended some lovely bars and restaurants
