Summary: First off, I will talk about the location. It's on a very busy street and you can hear the traffic throughout the day/night. Second, we had multiple problems with HVAC and Plumbing. We ended up getting a 100% refund from the owner and had to move out during the middle of the stay and find another VRBO. It was very inconvenient for us since we were trying to manage the communication with the owner and also spend time with family the main purpose of our visit. However, I will say that the owner did everything they could to make it right, it's just that with the continued plumbing issues we were not able to shower so we had no choice but to leave. I will say that the place is nice and as described. There is no HVAC in the entertainment room but a small heater that is available in there did the trick. The rooms were large and had the large 65" TVs in there which was nice. The showers are small, especially in the Master Bedroom. Again, I think if the owner takes care of some of the maintenance and you don't mind the traffic from Walnut Street it's a fairly decent place for the .

Summary: The house and property are very cool because of the age of the house and all the cool antiques. It does need some updating to be a good VRBO. It was advertised as a 3 bedroom when it was only a 2 bedroom. The 3rd "bedroom" was a living room with a trundle bed tucked in the corner. The showers were both very small. The hot water in the kitchen could only be used if you turned the water on under the sink. Only portions of the house had HVAC due to being added on to.

Summary: Clean cozy home. Was in Dalton with my wife at the Dalton Convention Center and the location was great. Close to restaurants and shopping areas but far enough to not have to deal with the busyness of traffic. Host was very polite and attentive! Will definitely recommend to others.

Summary: Location was good but a bit noisy. The home was clean and the neighborhood seemed safe. The kitchen wasn't the best equipped to cook in and the coffee maker was broke. The master bed was horrible and sunk in the middle really bad.
