5 Bedroom House in Rothschild, Mosinee

2600+ square feet of newly remodeled bi-level ranch in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood just minutes from everything you love about the Wausau area. There are 3 bedrooms on the main level with a bathroom that boasts a dual vanity sink setup and multi jet shower fixture with tub. Take a regular shower or massage your aching muscles with the body jets, or try the hand wand. There is a half bath on the other side of the house with a stool and vanity if that one is occupied. The half bath also has laundry facilities if needed for your trip, free for the using. The full kitchen and open concept living room is nicely placed between with new Samsung appliances including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dish washer! The living room has a Samsung Smart TV with Netflix and Hulu loaded for viewing a show and high speed wifi enabled internet to service all your devices.
In the lower level you'll find a large rec room and an adjoining room with plumbing for a wet bar that will be coming soon. This is also the level that accommodates the master suite and bath. He master bath has a stand alone corner shower and is very spacious. Each of the 4 bedrooms contains a queen size bed. There is ample closet space throughout. The lower level will also contain a bunk bed for additional sleeping whether kids or adults. The property can accommodate more than 8 guests if necessary. How many more is a question for you and your comfort level. I think an additional 6 or so would be feasible with an adequate supply of bedding and linens. Which can be supplied if requested. There is an attached garage which will be accessible to the owner only. And there is a large fenced in back yard with a concrete patio, fire pit, and picnic table. We'll leave some folding chairs to use around the fire pit also.
Did I mention there is plenty of parking in the horseshoe shaped driveway? Jump on Kowalski Road and boom boom, a quick 10 mile car trip and you're at Granite Peak Ski Resort.
The neighborhood is quiet and affluent. The neighbors are great but usually stay pretty much to themselves. Any questions just ask. I think you'll love it.

Summary: Excellent house. Stayed here for three nights. Five adult men (all over 42). The house is immaculate and extremely updated inside. You'd never guess how nice it is on the inside by how nondescript it looks from the outside. There are four bedrooms. The three on the main floor have ceiling fans but we could not figure out how to use them. The room downstairs has an egress window without any window treatment so it will be very bright in there in the morning. Fortunately, I had something to put in the windows to make it pretty dark. As a bonus, someone left some ice cream treats in the freezer. We enjoyed them and then we bought some and didn't eat them all, so I hope the next group enjoys them. There are a bunch of box fans throughout the house. That was a nice touch. Everyone seems to like having a fan on in the room during the night. Otherwise, we really had nothing to complain about. The event we were in town for is happening there again next year so I assume we'll try to book this house again.
