Summary: Stayed here with three friends. The house is very comfortable, clean, quiet and had everything we needed for our stay. We had plenty of space to relax, enjoy each other's company and also take quiet time independently as needed. The house is situated a short talk from a lovely park which we all enjoyed in the mornings, and it's an easy drive anywhere in the Quad Cities from here. Recommend!

Summary: The house has been obviously restored recently and is in fantastic shape! Included everything we needed. It is also close to Southpark and the John Deere shopping corridor. Fit our needs perfectly. Really good communication from the owners. Greatly appreciated the bottled water and welcome wine left for us. Would definitely rent again. Recommended!

Summary: This is the place to be if you want a peaceful get-a-way. We spent four days visiting our son and family for Christmas. This home is warm and welcoming with everything provided for a wonderful stay. The hosts are great and have several places in Illinois to stay at. We have used them twice now and have always been pleased with the homes, accomodations, and communication with them. It's the place to be.
